Terms, payments, and refunds

These terms apply to plumbing services offered by Sways Construction, serving one- and two-family homes in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, Texas.
Services
Services include residential sewer and drain cleaning, water heater repair and replacement, leak repair, and emergency plumbing as described on this website. Work is quoted before it starts. This site does not offer commercial plumbing.
Estimates
Submitting the website form or calling for an estimate does not charge your card. Any trip or diagnostic fee is stated before Sways Construction comes to the house. You approve the job price before work begins.
Payment
Payment is due for completed labor and materials as agreed on the estimate, unless Sways Construction agrees to other terms in writing or by text. We accept cash and, when enabled, cards through Stripe.
Cancellation and refunds
- If you prepaid and work has not started, cancel anytime for a full refund of that prepayment.
- If work has started, you pay for labor and materials already provided. Unused materials that can be returned may be credited.
- Installed parts that have been put into service are not restockable. Manufacturer warranties may still apply.
- Completed labor is not refunded as a cash-back of the whole job. If workmanship is deficient, contact Sways Construction within 7 days at 682-564-2822 and the shop will make the work right.
- If Sways Construction cancels before arriving, any prepayment is refunded in full.
License
Sways Construction holds a Texas Tradesman Plumber-Limited license. That license is for plumbing on one- and two-family dwellings.
