Sways Construction (“we”) serves residential plumbing customers in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. We do not run user accounts, a blog, or a customer login.

What we collect

If you use the estimate form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, city, description of the plumbing problem, and whether you marked the job as an emergency. Email is used to send written estimates and invoices. If you call or text 682-564-2822, we receive whatever you send to that number.

How the form is delivered

Form submissions are checked on our server (spam, rate limits, and a human verification step) and then emailed to Sways Construction. Delivery is handled by Web3Forms. See web3forms.com for their privacy policy.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your request, schedule work, and follow up on the job. We do not sell it and we do not use it for unrelated marketing lists.

Payment information

Card payments, when offered, are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on this website.
